President Anton Karzkazev was the head of government in Russia in the near future.
History[]
When Karzkaev took office, he supported Western policies and even allow his intelligence services to cooperate with the United States military, especially the Air Force's H.A.W.X. squadron in which the Russians sent one of their top agents to help the Americans in their investigation to find out who was responsible for supplying the insurgent groups with the newly made Russian weaponry, as well as Kh-16 cruise missiles that decimated Prince Faisal Air Base. However, he was considered to be soft on Russian security issues by General Vasily Morgunov and the ultranationalists.
During the separatist crisis, he was removed from power after the nuclear explosion at Romashkino oil fields and replaced by an ultranationalist leader, Aleksandr Treskayev.
Later, the H.A.W.X. squadron and a Ghost Recon team, as well as the Russian military units loyal to President Karzkazev, worked together to find and capture Treskayev in the Moscow Kremlin. Meanwhile, General Morgunov's forces were trying to rescue him, but failed. After the successful operation, President Karzkazev was returned and gave the Russian troops in Norway an order to stand down.
