H.A.W.X.

Cougar Flight flew F-16s during Artemis Global Security's attack on Washington, DC.

In the near future, Cole "Arrow" Bowman flew the F-16C during a defensive operation.

Colonel David Crenshaw flew an F-16 during the attack on Prince Faisal Airbase. Soon after, the remaining squadron members flew it during the Final Push mission after reinforcements arrived at the captured airbase.

Members of Falcon Force flew the F-16 during the Sudan conflict. Two were shot down, and the pilots Troy Loensch and Jenna Munrough took weeks to return. Upon joining Firehawk, LLC, Loensch continued to fly it. The planes had been bought from a foreign power.

He and Munrough stole National Guard F-16s to shoot down General Raymond Harris in the Raven. Loensch ejected and rammed his plane into Harris', destroying it.

Real-world history[]

he General Dynamic F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) for the United States Air Force (USAF). Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft. Over 4,500 aircraft have been built since production was approved in 1976. Although no longer being purchased by the U.S. Air Force, improved versions are still being built for export customers. In 1993, General Dynamics sold its aircraft manufacturing business to the Lockheed Corporation, which in turn became part of Lockheed Martin after a 1995 merger with Martin Marietta.

Aircraft Variants[]

  • F-16A - Is the single-seater variant, part of the initial production.
  • F-16C - Is the revised single-seater variant, with improved cockpit, radar and electronics. As well as an improved weapons loadout.
